English translation
Rosina Margaretha, born 29 August 1750 and baptized [two days later?], daughter of Johann Jacob Gügler and his wife Anna, born Bünnisin [?]; sponsors Johann Friedrich [?], citizen here, Anna Helena [?], and Rosina Margaretha [?] of Ochsenburg, unmarried.
Notes. The date column reads "[day] [month] nat. [day] ren.": 29 August is the birth; the baptism day is not legible. The 1816 death entry and her family-register sheet give "19 Aug 1750", and her age at death counts to about 7 September: the baptism, the record nearest the event, governs. The mother's maiden name conflicts with "Heinrich" in the 1749 marriage margin and the 1816 records (image check WE3.6c2-2). Anna Helena (23 March 1753) was not found on the right page of 1753 read (one page only).
Aug. nat. [second word not read] ren. | Rosina Margaretha | Johann Jacob Gügler, conj: Anna, geb: Bünnisin": the maiden name letter by letter (B, ü, nn, i, s, -in), no form of Heinrich.
