Notes
The dispensation implies the couple were related within the prohibited degrees: STATED as written; the nature of the kinship is not given. Relation to Richard Hanlan × Ellen Leary (26 Dec 1796, p. 16): POSSIBLE same man (second marriage after a first wife's death) or two men; no record decides. Link to Denis Hanlon: THEORY. "Hanrahan(?)" and "Dinning(?)" are separate surnames read with doubt.
Conflicts noted: Richard Hanlan marries Catharine Murphy on 15 Jan 1792 (this page) and Ellen Leary on 26 Dec 1796 (p. 16): same name, same parish, five years apart; each is a separate record and the two are not merged.
