p\. 4 right page, title: "A Registry of Baptisms of Donoughmore in continuation the 1st of May A.D 1796, by the Rev[erend] Corn[eliu]s Bu[ckley] P.P. 1828–1834. Parish of Donoughmore", then "1828 April 6th". The left page of p. 4 is a printed advertisement (Wm. O'Hara & Co., Cork) with the note "Marriages for 1828–1835 at other end of this book."
p\. 5 left page, first line (top left corner torn; the word "Marriage" sits in the margin, apparently left from the page's earlier use): "[torn] Buckley of Dan[ie]l & Honora Dinane / Jer[emiah] Corkery & Cath. Barrett &c". No date survives on this line. It sits after the 21–23 Apr 1828 entries on p. 4 and before "May 1st" on p. 5, so the date is late April 1828.
Next entry (also partly torn): "[Tho]mas Phelan of John & Ellen Casey, Spons. Pat. Scanlan & Margaret Casey".
Spons Jere Corkery & Cath Barrett"; next entry "… of John & Ellen Casey Spon. … Pat Lenihan [?] & Margaret Casey" [the sponsor's surname read Scanlan on 24 October]. The first word still reads "Marriage"; its initial and length do not fit Catherine or Kate ("Mary" with a stroke is possible). Find My Past's index of the NLI registers gives this child's forename as blank ("-"). Not legible.
Translation
[name lost] Buckley, child of Daniel [Buckley] and Honora Dinane; sponsors Jeremiah Corkery and Catherine Barrett; baptized in late April 1828 (inferred from position; the date is not on the page).
Notes. PROBABLE for "a second child of Daniel Buckley and Honora Dinane, baptized late Apr 1828". Both parents' given names and the mother's maiden name match the Jan 1825 marriage and the Joanna entry. The child's name and date are lost, so it cannot be tied to Catherine (Kate) Buckley. THEORY only that this child is Catherine. Conflicts: none on the entry. The parallel April 1828 entries in film 05003/08 p. 118 right page ("1828 April 5th to 16th": Honora Coleman, Cat. Murphy, Joseph Ryan, Dan. Callaghan, Anne Sullivan and others) do not match the 05004/02 p. 4 entries for the same days (Margaret Donovan 6 Apr, Den. McCarthy, Abigail Corkery 7 Apr, Jer. Corkery 9 Apr, Mary Dolgan, Mich. Healy 10 Apr, Mary Curtain 13 Apr, Maurice Sexton, Richard Barrett 16 Apr, John Scanlan, Mary McCarthy 19 Apr, Corn. Cashman 20 Apr, Tim. Kelleher, Dan. Greany... ). Two different sets of entries cover the same days. Either the old book's last leaf was used out of order for a second hand's entries, or two priests kept parallel registers in April 1828.
