Transcription (German, as read)
(Bild 68, copulation "[..] 18 Juni 1850" [doubtful], family register "595" [doubtful]): the bride's parents are "Johann Friedrich Weiß, B. u. [Sr.] hier, Margaretha g. Schüle, ux. II (F. R. p. 649)". These are the parents of Johann Weiss of WE3.4c, so the bride is his sister. See WE3.4i.
English translation
A marriage of June 1850 [day doubtful]; the bride's parents are Johann Friedrich Weiss, citizen here, and Margaretha née Schüle, his second wife (family register p. 649).
Notes
Page 649 gives Margaretha (b. 3 May 1827) "1850 c. Thumbert? [doubtful]". Jacob Wise's wife was Johanna Gottliebin Thumlert: a possible Thumlert link, THEORY until the groom is read (WE3.4i).
