[Transcriber's note: Notes on the table. A dash at the start of a name cell stands for "same surname as above." In Part 2, columns 13 16 V / 13 17 V / 56 16 0 are the Census Bureau office codes for mother-tongue state and country; they are faint and approximate. "Al" is the abbreviation for alien, "Na" for naturalized, "Pa" for first papers. The entries "1916" (line 76) and "1910" (line 78) appear in the naturalization column as a year in place of Na; the entry "NP" in the class-of-worker column for line 78 is read from a smudged mark. The value on line 78 is written "35.00" with a line through it, and read as 3500. The note "24" in the farm-schedule column for line 78 links this farm to Farm Schedule No. 24. The class-of-worker entry "W" on line 76 means wage earner. The last three rows of the "owned or rented" column show "O" (owned) on the head-of-household lines only.]
[Transcriber's note: The Reiter entry reads: Reiter, Nicolas ["Nicalas"], head, owns home valued at \$3,500, has a radio, lives on a farm, male, white, age 49, married, age at first marriage 22, did not attend school, can read and write, born Hungary (as were both parents), mother tongue German, immigrated 1903, naturalized 1910, cannot speak English [column 24 reads "No"], occupation farmer, industry farm. His wife Margaret [written "Margat"], age 41, married at 25, born Hungary, immigrated 1913, alien [column 23 reads "NA"]. Their daughter Katherine, age 14, single, born Pennsylvania (father and mother born Hungary), attended school.]
