Plain reading
Three Philadelphia births: George Foster Wesemann (5 November 1913) to George W. Wesemann, a hatter, 37, and Mary M. Knoll, 29; Ellwood George Wesemann (30 July 1910) to George W., a baker, 35, and Mary Knoll, 26; and William Fred Wesemann (3 March 1912) to William Wesemann, a watchman, 43, and Anna Hippel, 39.
Notes
George W.'s trade is a baker in 1910 and a hatter in 1913 (Chapter 4 gives "hatter" for the Stetson years).
Conflicts noted: (1) Ages: George W. (born 1 January 1876) was 34 in July 1910 and 37 in November 1913; the 1910 certificate gives 35. William (born 5 October 1867) was 44 on 3 March 1912; the certificate gives 43. Anna (born 6 March 1873) was 38 on 3 March 1912, three days short of 39; the certificate gives 39. Ages on the certificates are the informant's and run one year off in each case; not material. (2) Ellwood George is the second child of Mary (after Ruth Esther, December 1908) and George Foster the fourth, consistent with Naomi in 1911; matches the family Bible.
