Notes
The Halle-parish Wasmann families (Closed Paths D8); none is tied to the miller. The 1772 entry states the second marriage of the Linse Leibzüchter Johann Heinrich Wasmann (first wife Marie Sophie née Marahrens, buried 22 March 1772), which the prior research only inferred; Ilse Margrete died at Linse in 1800. The 1761 widow is the widow of the invalid Hans Jürgen Wasmann (died 2 May 1759, aged 44). Also seen, not a W form: 3 October 1754 (Bild 21, left page, p. 40, no. 8), "Johann Henrich V[a/o]nstmann [?], ein Schäferknecht bei Henrich Meyer in Greibke," with Anna Dorothea Margaretha Grotefennen of Linse. Grade: STATED for the lines read (the 1761 widow's surname letters PROBABLE).
