Proclaimed [18?] and 25 November at Halle and Rühle; married 29 November [1838] at Halle.

Note 19 October 2026: the Rühle register's entry of the same marriage (390750, Bild 128, 1838 no. 9) reads the groom "Carl Conrad Anton," son of the master miller "Carl Dörries" and Luise Ohm; equal tier; this entry is to be re-read at the same zoom (B2.15a).

Re-read 20 October 2026 (B2.15a, at the viewer's maximum): "Dörries, Carl [Eduard?] Conrad Anton … Sohn des … Carl Anton Dörries" (Carl Conrad Anton Dörries, son of Carl Anton Dörries). The first forename reads Carl, not Eduard, and the father Carl Anton, not Conrad Anton, as in the Rühle entry; the 2x reading above is superseded (archived). The file name keeps the old form.
