English

In the Linse valuation of December 1811, owner no. 1 (insurance no. 1) is Christian Brand and no. 2 (insurance no. 2) Heinrich Brand, both Halbspänner. Ludwig (Georg Ludewig) Wesemann is owner no. 14, insurance no. 20, a Brinksitzer with one water mill of two runs and a garden of 1 Morgen 40 Ruthen. The widow Lüders holds a mill of three runs in her house, and Heinrich Brünig a grinding run and an oil run.

Notes

Assekurations-Nummer 1 is the "Nr. ass. 1" of the Brand Meierzins file of 1839–1841 (NLA WO 91 Neu Fb. 3 Nr. 2645): Halbmeier Heinrich Christian Brand. Ass. 17 is Seelmeyer here and "Nr. ass. 17" Seelemeyer in 1838, so the two numberings agree. The Ord./Ass. pairs and the readings Seelmeyer, Eickhoff and Lenke are from the pass of 13 October 2026 and the 1812 roll; "Lüders rel." (the widow) stands, not "Lüders Rey." Owner 20, Christoph Wasmann, is of the Linse Wasmann family (Appendix C), not the miller's.

Addendum: F129. Registry row: D355. Book home: Chapter 2 (the mill; the Brand holdings) and Chapter 3.
