Notes

The Halle 3 household of Curd Hinrich Brand gains three children (Anna Sophia 1726, Hinrich Adolph 1729, Hans Herman Christoph 1733); the 1733 son is PROBABLY the Hans Harm Christoph Brand who married at Wegensen in 1765, a second Christoph Brand of 1733, of Halle, not Franz Brand's son. The schoolmaster is Justus Brand (1690–1736): PROBABLE. None of these is of the Linse line (F186, F292). The Linse mill entries of 1727 and 1729 belong to Chapter 3 (F287 extended). Grade: STATED for each entry (screen drafts); groupings PROBABLE.
