Translation
No. 12. Anna Marie Caroline Wasmann, daughter of Friedrich Wasmann and Sophia Elisabeth Bruns[?], born 18 May, baptized 19 May [1776]. Godmothers: the wives of Andreas [Kayser?], Conr[ad] [Lücher?] and Heinrich Lüdecken.
Notes
- The mother’s surname is read Bruns from the later entries of the same couple (1779–1787, 1820).
- The godmothers’ husbands’ surnames are uncertain readings.
Conventions: text in square brackets is editorial. [?] marks an uncertain reading, [...] an illegible word, and a struck word is shown as ~~struck~~. Spelling, abbreviation and capitalization follow the original. Ditto marks are shown as “do” or [ditto] with the value they carry in brackets.
Transcribed 8 October 2026 from the PDF image or text layer. Readings in brackets are drafts to be confirmed on the original before they are cited as stated.
