Translation

On 21 January 1898 the mason Alessandro Squitieri declared to the mayor's acting delegate, Michelangelo Capua, that on 20 January 1898, in the house on Via S. Matteo, Sarno, his wife Filomena Giugliano, who lives with him, had given birth to a boy, and named him Giuseppe. Alessandro signed his own name.

Notes

Matteo, Sarno (original act read on the image at screen zoom). It confirms the index-only date in Prior-Research-Combined (Chapter 10, Giuseppe b. 20 Jan 1898). The father's age, the hour, the house number and the first witness are doubtful.

Conflicts noted: none. Same parents, trade and street as the 1891, 1895 and 1900 acts (parts 1, 2 and 4). Alessandro signs his own name in 1898.
