Hand-printed in a rapid, slanted block-capital style; most letters are distinguishable, but the copy is somewhat faded.
Date of copying: '9-22-7?' — the final digit is unclear (could be 0 or 6).
Harriet A. Davis's birth year: the last two digits are cramped and unclear; read as 1880 [?]. The parenthetical reads '(ACCORDING TO MY BIRTH CERT.)'.
In 'DAVID DIED JULY 20 1916' the '20' is small and raised, with '1916' written below/after it.
In 'GLADYS ELSIE BORN FEB 28, 1915' the '15' is retraced.
