English translation
Christiane Regine Haidle, born 11 June 1820, single daughter of this place, Protestant; daughter of the late Johann Georg Haidle, citizen and master smith [?], and Catharina née Schmid; aged 14 years 2 months 22 days; died of a chest fever [?] at Ochsenburg on 3 September [1834] at 2 in the morning; buried there on 5 September at 10 o'clock. Family register 139.
Notes. The age counts to 2 September 1834 by the method that fits the other Haidle entries, so the entry is one day apart internally; not resolved. Her father was already dead ("weil."), as he died in 1833.
