English translation
Twins Jacob Friedrich and Johann Andreas (margin: died 24 and 25 August 1816). The mother is Catharina, daughter of Johann Andreas Schmid, master smith here; Georg Haidle, journeyman smith, lawful son of Jacob Haidle, weaver of Unter[berken?], in the Oberamt Schorndorf, acknowledges himself as the father. Born 19 August, at 6 in the morning; baptized 21 August, at the [prayer hour?]. Sponsors: Jacob Metz, farmer; Jacob Seyffert, farmer; Maria, wife of Martin Götz [?], smith of Klein[sachsen]heim [?]; Friderike Schmid, aunt, single. Family register pp. 1?2, 31 and 139.
The aunt Friderike Schmid is Catharina's sister (born 1795, F187). "pag. 1?2" is probably p. 102, the Schmid × Sautter household (PROBABLE).
