Transcriber's Notes
The scan is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise; it was read after rotation.
Enumeration District number is faint: first digit unclear, read as 826 [?], possibly 126. Sheet number read as 12 [?] B.
Surname on line 80 read as 'Knoll' (written with a looped K). House number for line 80 is 3417 or 3419 (last digit unclear); dwelling 359, family 360.
Margin street name beside lines 73–79 is faint: 'Bodine [?] Street' (middle letters unclear).
Line 81 given name read as 'Caroline' (the letters are faint); 'M1' (or similar) written after 'Wife' in the relation column.
Line 84 given name read as 'Willy [?]' and line 85 as 'Fred [?]'; both faint. Line 86 age read as 12 [?] (could be 13).
Line 81 year of immigration read as 1877 [?]; the last two digits are unclear.
Line 83 occupation is hard to read ('Brass Temper [?]', industry 'Foundry [?]'). Lines 84–85 occupations 'Hauler [?]' and 'Backer [?]' are uncertain; industry for both is 'Cotton Mill'.
Faint later tally marks in columns 29–32 (right side) are not transcribed.
Line 77 household (Christian [surname faint, possibly Holt or Welk], Head, age 34; wife Lizzie, 34; daughter, 11) is listed just above the Knoll household; its surname does not appear to be one of the listed family surnames, so it was not transcribed.
