Transcription (German, as read)
Entry 27 (Bild 198, right page, last entry; margin "Engat dahier, N. 63"): "Johann Erhardt [Engat], [un]ehelich geboren dahier am 10ten (zehnten) Junii früh um 4 Uhr, getauft am zweiten Julii. Mutter: Barbara Engatin, [des Mstr. Johann] Engat, Bürgers und Schneiders dahier, älteste Tochter. Taufzeugen: 1) Johann Erhardt [Liab], Zimmergeselle und Einwohner dahier, 2) Anna Maria Pöllmann, [des] Johann Pöllmann, Bürgers und Schuhmachers, wie auch Fuhrmanns dahier, ältere Tochter, jungfräulichen Standes." No "Vater" line. The first letter of the surname looks like "L" (Legat) at first glance; the margin note reads "Engat", which matches the mother's name.
Entry 28 (Bild 199, top of the left page): a girl, "Barbara [Langin?]", born in June at "halb 12" at night, baptized in July; father Wolfgang Adam [?], mother née Müller; not a Knoll.
Entry 29: Johann Georg Christoph Heinrich Hertel, born 20 June, baptized 9 July (father dead, mother Anna Sophia Hertelin). Entry 30: a Seuß, born 24 June. Entry 31: born 25 June.
Entry 26: Christian Martin [Hönika], born 2[?] June. Entry 25 (born 31 May, baptized 25 June).
Row 5 of the 1840 class, re-read: "J. Erhard Knoll", "10 Jun[i]", ditto 1826, father "Georg Knoll", Metzger. The surname reads Knoll with a capital K, not Engat.
English translation
The only child of the parish born on 10 June 1826 in the baptism book is Johann Erhard, an illegitimate son of Barbara Engat, baptized 2 July 1826 with Johann Erhard [Liab] as first sponsor. The 1840 confirmation list has Johann Erhard Knoll, son of the butcher Georg Knoll, born the same day. Same first names, same birth date, different surname, different father, and a baptism that calls the child illegitimate.
Notes
The only child of the parish born on 10 June 1826. One boy with the 1840 confirmand (PROBABLE): same forenames and birth date, and his mother married Johann Georg Knoll in 1830. No father is named and no legitimation note was read in the margin.
