Transcription (German, as read)
"2. Joh: Georg Rau, [weil.?] Hieronymus Rauen, B. und Metzger zu Gro-/[ß]sachsen[heim?] ehl. lediger Sohn ist nach 3 maliger proclam: Dom: 5 Epiph: Septuag: et Sexag: mit Catharina Barbara, Christoph [Grünen?], B. und Bauern allhie ehl. lediger Tochter d. 21. Febr: copulirt worden." The word before "Hieronymus" is not clear; I read it as a short word meaning "deceased" or "son of". The place name after "zu" is split across two lines and ends "...sachsenheim" or "...bottwar"; I read "Großsachsenheim" but it is doubtful. The bride's surname (underlined) reads "Grünen", "Gräuen" or "Gauen"; the baptism entry of her son (BA2.3b2) writes "Grimin" under a struck-out "Rauin".
English translation
No. 2 of 1775. Johann Georg Rau, lawful single son of Hieronymus Rau, citizen and butcher at [Groß]sachsenheim [?], married after three proclamations (the Sundays after Epiphany, Septuagesima and Sexagesima) Catharina Barbara, lawful single daughter of Christoph [Grün?], citizen and farmer here (Enzweihingen), on 21 February 1775.
Notes
The bride's father's surname is underlined and reads "Heinen" (dative of Hein); the H has the clerk's G-like form. The word before Hieronymus is read "[weil.]" (late) with doubt, so his death year is still open.
