Transcription (German, as read)
"Rosina Würth, kam 1809 als Dienstmagd von [Augsburg] hierher [zurück?]." Born "10. Sept. 1777".
"† 27. Nov. 1811 verheiratet nach Vaihingen an d[er Enz] an Michael Bauer, Schuster." (The "†" mark before the date is a Möglingen register sign for marrying out; read as the marriage date, not a death.)
Parents (line below): "Joh. Heinrich Würth, L. u. Wagner" and "Maria Magdalena, geb. [Fiehn/Rieker?]".
A second block lower on the page: "gebar d. 13. Mart. 1811 gem[ein?] spurios: Barbara † 1811. Johanna † 1811." Placement is doubtful: it sits below another block (a Pauline Friederike entry with 1872-1884 dates) and may belong to Rosina or to the page's other entry. If it is Rosina's, she bore two illegitimate children on 13 March 1811 (a "spurios" entry), both dead in 1811, eight months before her marriage.
English translation
Rosina Würth came in 1809 as a maidservant from [Augsburg]. Born 10 Sept 1777. Married 27 Nov 1811 to the shoemaker Michael Bauer in Vaihingen. Parents: Johann Heinrich Würth, citizen and wagoner; Maria Magdalena, born [?]. Possibly: bore two illegitimate children 13 March 1811, both died in 1811.
Notes. The "†" before the 1811 date is the register's sign for marrying out. The block "gebar d. 13. Mart. 1811 … spurios: Barbara † 1811. Johanna † 1811" sits below another person's entry; whether it is Rosina's is POSSIBLE only (BA2.2j; given in the chapter text if confirmed: Decided, Paul, 23 October 2026).
