Transcription (German, as read)
Child: "Catharina Barbara" (written across two lines, "Catharina Bar-bara"). Parents: "Johann Christoph Hein" (the surname underlined in the next line as "Hein:") and "Catharina Barbara". Sponsors: "Hr. Joh. Friedrich [Bösler?], [Schultheiß?]"; "Dorothea [Cammerlein?]"; "Anna Catharina [?]". Right-hand column: "n. d. [15? 16? 18?] Jan." (born) and "d. 19" (baptized). The day digit of the birth is not legible to me; the Familienregister writes 18 January (p. 332) and 15 January (p. 506). The entry sits at the head of the year, under the printed heading "MDCCLVI", after the last 1755 entry (no. 59, Jacob, father Jacob [Ohnis?]).
