[Transcriber's note: Line 27 reads: no ticket to final destination, passage paid by self, \$15, never before in the United States, joining his brother Michael Reiter at Cadwallader St. 1522, Philadelphia, Pa.; 5 ft 7 in, ruddy complexion, black hair, brown eyes, no marks; born Hungary, Serbsen Peter [i.e., Szerbszentpéter]. The column numbers are printed and the column headings are partly obscured; the column order above follows the printed numbers. The day of arrival is written "8 Dec" in faint ink and is uncertain. Penciled figures in column 15 ("1.50," "16.00," "13.00" beside lines 2, 26 and 27 [read]) appear to be an examiner's later notes. "Comp" and a circled mark appear in pencil in the left margin beside lines 29–30.]
