Translation (English)
No. 9. Linse, 12 November. The bachelor, Master Joh. Cord Wirmer(?), present tenant of the Knüll mill at Linse, and Miss Anne Marie Kettner(?), a miller's daughter of Kirchbrak, in the chapel at Linse.
Notes
Read at 4x, clear hand; the two surnames doubtful (the first letter of the groom's W or V). Probably the "Mstr Johann Conrad [Wiesmer?], zeitiger Müller in der Knüll Mühle zu Linse" of 6 October 1743 (390647 Bild 53, no. 27; F382); possibly of one family with Joh. Hennig Wissmer (1736).
Addendum: F448 (6); F382.
Grade: Stated (draft read); the identity probable.
*Conventions: [ ] editorial addition; [?] uncertain reading; [..] or […] illegible or outside the crop; dates as the register gives them (Julian before 1700).
