Gerd Brand's wife was alive in February 1697 (her forename never written); Gerd stood sponsor in 1698; a Margretha Brand of Linse in 1699 (Barthold's wife or widow? THEORY); "Gerd Brandes zu Linse's son-in-law[?]" Henning Meyer in 1717 with Ilse Cathrine Brand (the child of 1693?); Hinrich Brand "filius" in 1723; Sophia Brand in 1724; and on 29 March 1726 "Johan Hinrich Brand, son of Gerd Brandt" (clear; the bracket of F177 removed).
