Probably Caroline Charlotte Sporleder, who married Heinrich Christoph (Christian) Brand, Halbmeier at Linse, in 1804 and was George Wesemann's maternal grandmother: the name, the village, the birth year (her age 26 in 1809) and the death year 1847 fit. Grade: probable, close to confirmed.

The godfather 'Heinr. Wasemann, der Mittelmüller' is the Linse miller Johann Heinrich Wesemann.

Linse, 20 May: Ludwig Sporleder and Ilse Marie Sagebiel (aged 30), a daughter, born 17 May between 11 and 12 in the morning. Sponsors: 1) Christoph Sporleder of Esperde; 2) the wife of Heinrich Wäsemann, the Mittelmüller, of Linse. Named Marie Caroline Charlotte.

Two sponsors. The second is the miller's wife: the genitive -s after Wäsemann and after Mittelmüller, then "Ehefrau." Paul reads it the same way (15 October 2026). Esperde with a capital E. Grade: STATED.
