Transcription (manifest, line 28; left-hand page)

"McCann, Patrick" | 30 | M | S | [occupation not clear: "None"?] | Ireland | Irish | last residence "Cookstown" | nearest relative in the country of origin "Mary McCann, mother, Cookstown" [doubtful] | final destination "Pa., Phila." Sailing date at the head of the page: "18th April 1908" [doubtful].

The ship, port and date agree with Patrick McCann's 1915 declaration (from Londonderry on the California, landing "on or about" 22 April 1908, born near Cookstown): PROBABLE the same man. His age, 30, is against the declaration's birth of 1873 and the 1871 baptism of Mary Ann McCann's brother; a conflict carried.

The right-hand sheet is image 852 (Passenger_List_Patrick_McCann_Londonderry_1908_California_T715-1094_Image_852). The age digit stays doubtful (F217, F323).
