Higgins, hereby certify that on the 13th day of July one thousand nine hundred and four, at Philadelphia, William McCauley and Mary Connor were by me united in marriage, in accordance with License issued by the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, numbered 174722."
