The record
Document: U.S. Navy Muster Roll of the Crew (form NAVPERS-605A), USS LCI(L) 1065, quarter ending 30 September 1944, with the Fold3 citation page. This is the last muster of the ship before her loss at Leyte on 24 October 1944.
Language: English
Transcription conventions: typed and pre-printed text is set in roman; handwritten entries and marks are set in \italic\. Square brackets mark editorial matter: [?] follows an uncertain reading, [illegible] marks unread text, [blank] marks an unfilled field, and bracketed descriptions record stamps, check marks, and strike-throughs. Service numbers, ratings, abbreviations, and spacing follow the original exactly; nothing is corrected. Unused numbered lines are summarised rather than listed.

Transcriber’s notes
The same 25 men as the June roll, now with full middle names and several changed ratings (for example Cucksey MoMM3c to Momm2c, Kempf MoMM3c to MoMM2c, Huber PhM2c to PhM1c, Parker S2c to Cox.). Squitiere is unchanged at MoMM3c.
Anthony Benedict Squitiere’s full middle name appears here for the first time in the LCI(L) 1065 series.
Dineen and Domingue are out of alphabetical order (Domingue typed before Dineen).
Typing errors transcribed as they stand: “11944” (Cucksey received date; Jalad enlistment), “STANKUS ,”, lower-case “Tumblison”.
Judson’s rating is overtyped and read here as RM3c; uncertain.
