Translation
In the year 1901, on [the 2?]nd of June, at 10:08 in the morning, before the registrar, Michele Squitieri (57, carpenter, of Sarno) and [Michele Corrado] (54, of Sarno) declared that at [eight?] in the morning of the same day, in the house on Via S. Matteo [?], died Emilio Squitieri, 33 [?], carpenter, resident and born in Sarno, son of the late Raffaele, a mason, who lived in Sarno, and of Grazia Orza, [a housewife?], of Sarno; unmarried.
Notes
PROBABLE that this Emilio is the "Emilio (born 1868)" of the step. The act gives no birth date, so the match to the 1868 birth rests on the age.
Conflicts noted: none with the step's premise. It answers the step's question: the act calls Raffaele "fu" (deceased) and "domiciliato in vita" (living, domiciled, in his lifetime) and gives Grazia Orza as living ("domiciliata in Sarno") in June 1901. So Raffaele died between January 1888 and June 1901; Grazia was alive in June 1901. The index entry "fu Raffaele" agrees with the act.
