"During the afternoon memorial services were held in memory of the following deceased members of the seventh district: Susan Mortz, Lykens; Kate Killian, Lancaster; Harriet Parrish, Shenandoah; and Mary Mason, Mahanoy City."

Caution: Elizabeth Parrish of Shenandoah, a Women's Relief Corps member, died in January 1899, while a Harriet Parrish (born about 1880) appears alive in the 1900 census. This may be a misprint for Elizabeth or a different woman; not resolved here.
