English translation

Friedrich August, son of Johann Reichert, citizen and smith here, and his wife Katharina née Haidle; born at Ochsenburg on 18 [written over 25] January [1847] at 7 in the morning; baptized at Ochsenburg on 31 January by Vicar Heuber [?]. Sponsors: Peter Reichert, locksmith from Neuenstadt an der Linde [?]; Augusta Haidle, single, of this place; Augusta Reiffert [?], single, of this place. Family register 402.

Notes. He is the August Reichert of Philadelphia (Chapter 8), whose 1916 death certificate gives his birth as 18 January 1847; with it, the "18" governs. The prior research holds an index-based source document of this baptism (Baptism_Record_Friedrich_August_Reichert_Ochsenburg_1847, Ancestry index); this block is the register entry read on the image. His mother died sixteen days after the baptism (16 February 1847). No other Reichert × Haidle child in Bild 186-194 (1845-1846; Bild 189 nos. 19-21 and Bild 190 nos. 2-6 in one view only).
