Transcription (German, as read)
Parents: Johann Bernhard Schmid, "Schreiner", wife "Maria Regina Heinrich" [forename as read].

English translation
Parents: Johann Bernhard Schmid, joiner, and his wife Maria Regina Heinrich. Sponsors: Balthas Müllhauser, Christoph Schlenk and Rosina Gugler, single.
Notes. The child's name and the baptism date were not recorded. The wife's forename reads Maria Regina here against Maria Agnes Heinrich in F189 and F193 (the Ochsenburg Schmid household): a doubtful reading or a clerk's variant; that household is set aside (F187), so it is not pursued. The point of the entry is Rosina Gugler's status: single in 1783, the year after Johann Friedrich's baptism (D227).
Conventions: [ ] editorial addition; [?] uncertain reading; [..] illegible or outside the crop; spelling and capitals follow the register; a reading from screen resolution is a draft until checked on the original.
