English translation

Johann Georg Rau the second, citizen and butcher, born 12 December 1742 at Großsachsenheim, died 3 October 1794. He married Catharina Barbara, born [18] January 1756, daughter of Christoph Hein, Gerichtsverwandter at Enzweihingen, and Barbara, on 21 February 1775. She died 9 April 1813. In 1795 she married Martin Ziegler. Eight children.

Notes. Agrees with every primary entry checked against it (1775 marriage, 1781 baptism, 1788-1789 infant deaths, 1795 remarriage). Child 5, "Anna Margaretha †, b. 29 Aug 1787": probably the [Johanna?] Margaretha born and baptized 29 June 1787 (79155 Bild 319, no. 30; "Rau²" marks a second Johann Georg Rau in the village. Occupation Metzger here, Bauer in 1807 and on p. 333: not resolved. Replaces the compiled report's "Johann Georg Rau, c. 1750, Enzweihingen".
