"Nachts um 11 Uhr starb an der Auszehrung Heinrich Würtz, weil. Heinrich Würtz gew. Bürgers u. Wagners allhier [lediger?] Sohn, … u. wurde d. 13[? or 10?] Morgens 10 Uhr wegen der grossen Hitze begraben, Aetat. 24 Jahr."
English translation
Heinrich Würth, unmarried [?] son of the late Heinrich Würth, citizen and wagoner of Möglingen, died of consumption at 11 at night and was buried at 10 in the morning because of the great heat, aged 24 (August 1793).
