Translation (English)

On the Sundays Misericordias and Jubilate [16 and 23 April 1741] Andreas Christoph Küster and Sophia Margaretha Wicken [or Wieken], proclaimed, and married at Eboldh[ausen?]. | On the Sundays Jubilate and Cantate [23 and 30 April 1741] Ludewig Küster and Engel Maria Magerhaus [or Magerhans], proclaimed, and married at Wenzen.

Notes

Neither entry gives a wedding day, fathers or ages; the next entry is dated 29 May [1741], so the Küster × Magerhaus wedding fell between 30 April and 29 May 1741. "Wenzen" is as written; whether it is Wenzen near Eschershausen (Braunschweig; the parish of the Voldagsen Küster mill, F87, F257) or another place is not settled. The bride's surname is supported by the sponsor Joh. Rudolph Magerhaus at the 1742 baptism of Engel Maria, daughter of Ludewig Küster (D664). Andreas Christoph Küster is the father of Johann Jürgen, baptized 25 April 1742. Grade: STATED (both entries); that this Ludewig is the father of the children of 1742, 1746 and 1748 and Engel Maria Magerhaus their mother PROBABLE; the place Wenzen POSSIBLE as the Braunschweig Wenzen.
