Archion Registry 390653, Kirchenbuch 1869–1875, Halle (Kirchenkreis Bodenwerder), Bild 41 (archion.de).
Match type: candidate — reads "Wißemann," not confirmed as Wesemann-variant
German transcription: 2. Wißemann[?], Carl Wilhelm, geboren zu [Halle?], geboren am 17. April 1826, [Beruf unleserlich], Wittwer nach [seiner verstorbenen Ehefrau?] [?]. Braut: Mengel, geborene [?] Johanne [Dorothea?] [Steinhoff?], geboren zu [?] am 29. Mai 1829, Wittwe zu Halle, [?].
English translation: 2. Wißemann[?], Carl Wilhelm, born at [Halle?], born 17 April 1826, [occupation illegible], widower following [his late wife?] [?]. Bride: Mengel, née [?] Johanne [Dorothea?] [Steinhoff?], born at [?] on 29 May 1829, widow at Halle, [?].
"Wißemann" is not that spelling — it is one letter away from "Waßemann," which is on the search list, and "i" and "a" are the kind of pair that gets confused in this hand. This entry should be treated as a genuine open candidate, not dismissed the way Find 1 likely should be. Much of the rest of this entry (occupation, bride's maiden name, place names) is low-confidence best-effort and would benefit from a second look at higher resolution.*
