Lorentz Waßman[n] von [Hinte?/Linte?], welcher sich in seiner Krankheit mit dem [hochwürdigen?] Sacrament … versöhnt(?), entschlaffet in [dem] Herren, wird den 6 Aprilis christlich bestattet.
Translation (English)
Lorentz Waßmann of [Hinte?/Linse?], who in his illness was reconciled with the holy sacrament(?), fell asleep in the Lord, buried in Christian manner on 6 April.
