Linse, 20th of April, Sunday, at 8 o'clock in the morning, the miller Johann Heinrich Wäsemann's little son, Ernst Heinrich, died of convulsions/seizures, and was buried on the 24th of the same month, aged 2 years, 23 weeks.

This closes a loop from earlier today. Ernst Heinrich Wäßemann/Wesemann — the second child of the miller Johann Heinrich Wäßemann and Christine Kampen, baptized in entry 30 with a cross mark you'd noted but couldn't confirm — died at just over two years old. The cross was exactly what you suspected: a death notation. And this confirms the surname-index page (154) you found earlier, which listed "Ernst Heinrich" under the Wäsemann heading — this burial entry is very likely the entry that page number points to.

So the fuller picture for this miller family: Johann Heinrich Wäßemann/Wesemann and Christine Kampen had at least three sons — George Ludewig, Ernst Heinrich (died age 2), and Johann Ernst. If Johann Ernst is a fourth distinct child rather than a repeat naming after Ernst Heinrich's death (worth checking — it was common practice to reuse a name after a child died, so "Johann Ernst" born after this 2-year-old's death could actually be intended as his replacement/namesake), that's worth flagging explicitly in your spreadsheet, since the naming overlap could otherwise cause confusion between two different sons.

*The cause is smallpox ("an den Blattern"), which settles the conflict above against "convulsions";
