Translation (English)
In the suit of Jürgen Meyer of Kreipke against the schoolmaster Justus Brand of Halle, the court found at Holzminden on 27 February 1721 that the so-called "Peter-Morgen" church land belongs to the Halle schoolmaster's post and released Brand from the claim; the appeal, with the church wardens intervening, was decided in the Consistory at Wolfenbüttel on 9 November 1726. The decree of 6 October 1742 sends the Linse children to the Halle school after their tenth year.
Notes
Justus Brand is F292's schoolmaster (daughters 1715, 1718, 1723); a Halle household, not Linse (Part 4.2). Grade: STATED (vidimated copies in the inventory).
