Derivative source. This is FamilySearch’s index of the Cappel (Blomberg) Evangelical register, made from LDS microfilm; FamilySearch shows no image for it (“Image Unavailable”). Every reading below must be checked against the original register image on Archion (Cappel, register 245108) before it is used as a reading of the entry.
Why it was saved: this is very probably the same register entry Chapter 2 cites as the 29 March 1737 Cappel candidate baptism (register 245108, Bild 646, entry 4), read there with the father as “[Herr] Heinrich Wesemanns” and the mother as “Anna Elisabeth ... von Golte.” The index reads the father as Toens Henrich Gosche and gives the Wesemann surname to the mother. - The index date (8 April 1737) and Chapter 2’s register date for the candidate entry (29 March 1737) differ by ten days; one of them is a christening and one may be a birth, or one is a misreading. The Archion image settles it.
