On the 26th [of the month], Hans Jürgen Wasmann, a Hannover invalid, now [residing] in Halle, had a little daughter baptized. Godparents: 1) Hans Hans Meyer, born at Sensen, now living in Halle; 2) Hans Heinrich Sabban; 3) Engel Maria Reiners; 4) Catharina Margaretha Meyer, the latter three all of Halle.
Named: [cut off at bottom of crop]
This is a strong find. "Hans Jürgen Wasmann, ein Hannoverscher Invalid" matches word-for-word the description from Anne Marie Dorothea's burial and confirmation records — "weiland Hans Jürgen Wasmanns, gewesener Hannov. Invaliden Tochter." This is very likely the baptism of one of her siblings (she was described as the "jüngste Tochter," youngest daughter, so this could be an older sister, or possibly Anne Marie Dorothea's own baptism if the dates align — worth checking her birth date, 6 February 1751, against whatever month this entry falls under).
This also confirms Hans Jürgen Wasmann had relocated from Hannover to Halle as a disabled/pensioned soldier ("Invalid" in this period specifically denoted a veteran, often housed or supported through a military pension or invalid corps, which explains the "Hannov. Invaliden" phrasing you saw in the confirmation record too). That's a distinct, well-documented military-service branch of the family, separate from the day-labourers, millers, and farmers you've traced elsewhere.
If the child's name is cut off at the bottom of your crop, sending the next line down would let me confirm whether this is Anne Marie Dorothea's own baptism or a sibling's.
