1. On the 29th of the same [month], Heinrich Müller, of Dohnsen, had his daughter baptized. Godparents: 1) Heinrich Adolph Cas[par or similar]; 2) Ilse Catharina Wasmann; 3) Maria Margaretha Engelken. Named: Christina Louisa.

This ties Ilse Catharina Wasmann to Dohnsen, which fits neatly with everything else you've found — Dohnsen was already established as a genuine Wasmann family location through Anne Margrete Wasmann's burial record (born there 1710, died 1768 unmarried) and the Christine Sophie Wasmann/Meyer marriage entry. Ilse Catharina is very likely part of that same generation or the one following, standing godparent for a local Dohnsen family.

Worth noting: the father here is named simply "Heinrich Müller" — which could be read either as a personal name (Heinrich Müller as a surname) or as "Heinrich, the miller" (an occupational title, the same pattern you've seen throughout with "der Müller X"). Given how often this register uses "Müller" as a trade title rather than a surname elsewhere, I'd flag this as ambiguous rather than assume it's a distinct Müller family — worth checking the original for whether "Müller" is capitalized as a proper surname or lowercase as a trade descriptor, since that distinction matters for whether this is yet another miller entry or an unrelated family.
