Translation (English)

The Amt Rotenkirchen against the Brunswick Amtsrat Winckler of Wickershausen, as holder of the monastic hereditary-lease estate of Wickershausen, over jurisdiction in a brawl between the economy director Jauch and the forester (Holzvogt) Johann Hinrich Wasmann. 1765–1768.

Notes

Wickershausen was a Gutsbezirk by Einbeck, an outlying farm of Kloster Wiebrechtshausen, in the parish of Stöckheim (1912). One of a cluster of 1764–1776 jurisdiction suits between the Amt and Winckler (Hann. 68 B Nr. 687; Hann. 74 Einbeck Nr. 308; Hann. 94 Nr. 8459). The Stöckheim baptism index 1727–1826 has no Wasmann (F79). Grade: STATED (catalogue title); a kinsman of the miller POSSIBLE, nothing links them. Not an Archion record (no registry row).
